At Blue Dolphin Diving we enjoy our diving, and the wish to share our experiences is the main reason behind this website.

By visiting this website, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions of use.

All comments, postings, messages or other text displayed on this website remain the sole responsibility of their author. Whilst we will take reasonable precautions to avoid the posting of illegal, slanderous, or offensive comments, we cannot guarantee that some sicko won't think it's funny to leave obscene remarks. It happens in normal society, and the web cannot be treated any differently. Should you come across any unacceptable comments, please contact us using the feedback form, and we shall endeavour to remove them as soon as possible.

No responsibility or liability of any sort shall attach to Blue Dolphin Diving, it's members or it's officers in respect of any such messages being added to the site by third parties.

Blue Dolphin Diving have established this website in England. English Law shall govern its use at all times and in the event of a dispute the parties shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Any information or comments that you provide to the Guestbook, or the Discussion Forum on this site will become publicly available information.

Any emails that you send to us will not be passed to third parties, but please be aware that normal emails are not encrypted and are susceptible to interception. You should always consider emails to be public documents, and never include personal or sensitive information in them.
